Capable is all about weaving the narrative between life, sport and, most importantly, our well being. Trying to discover and make connections between all aspects of our lives that allow us to feel as capable as possible in our relationships, at home, riding our bikes, at work, and alone in our heads.

Geoff Livingston
After 10 years of owning and operating a video production agency in the corporate world, Geoff has decided to write the next chapter of working in the industry. Taking the time to slow down and focus on the important things like family and finding that positive outlook and excitement for life again, Geoff knew there was a more impactful way to use his skillset to make a positive difference in people lives. Continually working on ways to be as capable as possible in his life, he wanted to use his skillset to help others do the same.
